Eastgate Rentals was established in 1990 as a branch of ERA Eastgate Realty, in Goldsboro, NC. Deborah Jo Autrey, a real estate agent with the firm was promoted to Property Mananger in 1992. As the company became more focused in the area of new construction in the 90's, Mrs. Autrey purchased Eastgate Rentals and relocated to downtown Goldsboro in 1997. Mrs. Autrey is a native of Wayne County and has been active in the Real Estate profession since 1986.

Eastgate Rentals & I welcome you to Wayne County. You will find that home ownership is desirable and affordable in our area. Many persons do decide to rent for personal reasons, or until they are very familiar with a new location. Our community has numerous rentals and the occupancy rates are high.

Our inventory includes houses, apartments, mobile homes, mobile home lots and small commercial units. Rental prices range from ap. $400 to $1500 per month. An average 3 bedroom with 1 - 2 baths in an established neighborhood are ap. $500 to $750 per month. Our inventory does include more modest price rentals or mobile homes, in addition to newer upscale properties.

All rentals are rented by credit application only and most require a one year lease. The Security Deposit required will be the monthly rental amount. Pets are allowed if the owner of the Property agrees. A Pet Deposit of $150 is charged and is non refundable.

Eastgate Rentals operates in full compliance with the Landlord Tenant Law of NC, Federal Fair Housing Act, HUD Equal Housing oppurtunity.
